  • Invoice analysis – The MSM ensures that all referenced invoice data is complete.

      • Example: If a user deletes a referral that is related to numerous invoices, errors could result in the billing process. The MSM prevents this data loss by validating all invoices in your system – each and every night.

  • Backup systems support – If a user leaves a computer on overnight, typically the database will be locked, preventing the data back up procedure from proceeding
