    MOSES Cloud© Feature Enhancements

     

    There are some very useful enhancements in this version that will improve both your clinical and management workflows.

     

    PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATIONS - FAX AND EMAIL IMPROVEMENTS

     

    1.    The MOSES automated fax server will now report the number of pages faxed.  In the status box (top right), MOSES tell how many pages were successfully faxed.  This number includes the cover sheet.

     

     2.    When you are viewing any MOSES report in the Print Preview screen, there are now two important new tools at your disposal:

     

    You can now FAX Any MOSES Report

     

    This feature will convert the report into a ‘TIF’ file and attach it to a fax.  The fax creation window then appears, allowing you to specify a subject, some comments, and a patient account, with which you can attach the report to the patient’s EMR. In order to use this tool,  you must have user access to the MOSES Fax Server.

     

    You can also now Email Any Report

     

    In order to use this tool, you must first have an ‘Email Root’ identified for your company AND you must have access to the emailing system within MOSES. 

     

    Sending unsecured patient data via email is NOT HIPAA SECURE! (We will soon be enhancing the email system to provide an option to make attachments secure before sending).

     

    If you do have access to the email system, them MOSES will convert the report into a PDF, attach it to the email then display the email creation window, allowing you to specify a subject, some comments, and a patient account, with which you can attached the report to the patient’s EMR. 

     

    The email system in MOSES is your own personal ‘MOSES email’ account to where emails can be SENT and RECEIVED within MOSES (you email address can be something like ‘tomCook.MyPractice@medxlnce.com’). 

     

    The fully-integrated automated FAX and Email features are available for ANY report that is viewed in the Print Preview screen.  So a provider’s schedule, an A/R report, a printed Superbill, a patient’s demographics … the list goes on and on.

    NOTE: The new FAX and Email features are only available to our MOSES Cloud Certified EHR clients.  If you have not yet upgraded to the EHR but desire access to our fax and email servers, please contact Wayne Katez at 904.482.0926  to discuss your MOSES upgrade.

     

    MOSES Radiology and Imaging Center Edition

     

    The MOSES Cloud EHR Study Management Tool is now directly linked into the MOSES EHR schedule, billing, images, and clinical documentation. Charges in this version can now be auto posted when the Study Documentation is completed.

     

    ICD-10 and V5010 Compliance

     

    MOSES Cloud Practice Management and Complete EHR software for ALL specialty editions is compliant with the requirements for the new V5010 claims transmission specification and format that are required after 1/1/2012.

     

    MOSES Cloud Practice Management and Complete EHR software for ALL specialty editions is now also compliant with the requirements for the planned ICD-10 diagnosis coding implementation.
